• Organic yeast, low sulfur and minimal intervention.

Di Costanzo pairs old-vine mountain fruit with restrained oak and careful handling, aiming for Cabernet that is powerful, transparent and built to evolve.

Explosive anise, white pepper, embers, crushed rock and sandalwood frame pure black fruit. Vibrant acidity and firm tannins drive a mouth-filling palate, with mineral and earth tones extending the finish.
