Oenoteca Fine Wines is the trade name of A&N Fine Wines LLC, a federally licensed importer and Texas-licensed distributor specializing in fine and rare wines. Founded in 2023 by Niccolò Andrea Saltarelli and Andrea Graneris, Oenoteca serves restaurants, retailers, country clubs, and private collectors throughout Texas.
We source wines directly from producers and manage their journey from origin to Texas. By handling importation and distribution under one roof, we minimize intermediaries, protect provenance, and maintain a direct connection from the producer’s cellar to the client’s collection.
Andrea leads our producer relationships and European sourcing, while Niccolò oversees the Texas market. Together, they connect exceptional wineries with a growing network of trade partners and private collectors across the state.

Trained at Les Roches in Switzerland, Niccolò ran food & beverage and the wine program at a Geoffrey Zakarian restaurant in New York — earning a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence in his first year — before importing fine wine into Texas from 2022. Certified Sommelier and Certified Sake Sommelier.
Andrea Graneris
European Sourcing & Producer Relations
Seven years with Eataly from 2012, then export manager building distribution for global brands. WSET Level 3 certified, Andrea works from Piemonte — at the cellar doors of the producers Oenoteca imports, often the same week the wines are blended.
