  • Traditional Guyot; vines 10-40 years old.
Vinification
  • Fruit is crushed and destemmed.
  • Long submerged-cap maceration, adjusted to the vintage.
  • Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel.
  • Traditional maturation in large Slavonian oak barrels.

Plant density is approximately 4,000 vines per hectare; cropping level is 68-72 quintals of grapes per hectare.

Wine Profile

Garnet red with orange nuances that deepen over time. Delicate, ethereal and persistent aromas lead to a warm, full, dry and complex palate. Sweet, layered tannins define its classical austerity and aging potential.
