  • Fruit is crushed and destemmed.
  • Long submerged-cap maceration lasts about two weeks, depending on vintage.
  • Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled stainless steel at 30 C.
  • The wine matures in steel before a shorter period in large Slavonian oak.
Style

Designed to be enjoyed relatively young, while retaining the aromatic identity and savory structure of Nebbiolo.

Wine Profile

Bright ruby red with orange nuances developing over time. Violet and raspberry lead the aromatic profile. The palate is dry, velvety, harmonious and medium-bodied, with a warm, persistent finish.
