Place & Farming
  • A micro-production Bourgogne Chardonnay from a site the family keeps confidential.
  • Sustainably farmed fruit, harvested by hand.
  • The producer's Luni-Solar approach follows seasonal and natural rhythms.
  • The objective is fruit purity, terroir expression, balance and freshness.
Vinification
  • Small-lot vinification with no added winemaking inputs and ultra- low sulfites.
  • Racking and bottling are scheduled around a full Supermoon.
  • Inverted bâtonnage is used as a signature lees-management technique.
  • The wine is bottled without filtration.
Aging Style

Raised in oak barrels, with 20% new wood. Lees work, racking and topping are guided by the producer's Luni-Solar calendar. The current producer document does not publish the exact aging duration.

Style & Profile

Superlune Blanc is conceived around purity of Chardonnay fruit, freshness and transparent terroir expression. Barrel aging and inverted lees stirring add texture, while restrained new oak and unfiltered bottling keep the wine vivid and direct.

Key Factors
  • Flagship Chardonnay built around an unusually specific lunar cellar protocol.
  • Only 20% new oak supports texture without overwhelming the fruit.
  • Confidential sourcing and 2,000-bottle production reinforce its rarity.
