Raised in oak barrels, with 20% new wood. Cellar operations such as lees work, racking and topping follow the family's Luni-Solar calendar. The precise aging duration is not published in the current producer material.

The red expression translates the Superlune concept through Pinot Noir: pure fruit, balance and freshness supported by barrel texture rather than heavy oak. Unfiltered bottling and ultra-low sulfur preserve immediacy and energy.

• The Superlune protocol is applied to both red-wine élevage and bottling.
