Vinification
  • Fruit was sorted in the vineyard and cellar, then fully destemmed.
  • A five-day pre-fermentation cold maceration preceded spontaneous fermentation.
  • Vatting lasted three weeks.
  • No fining was carried out.
Aging Style

Fourteen months in oak barrels, with 25% new wood. The longer élevage gives the Premier Cru additional depth and polish while maintaining the elegant tannic profile of the site.

Wine Profile

Ruby-red with fresh, lightly jammy red fruit and a touch of spice. The palate is generous, supported by present yet silky tannins that give the wine both definition and elegance.
