A regional red assembled from Pinot Noir and Gamay within the broad Coteaux Bourguignons appellation. The domaine lists vines around 30 years old and positions the cuvée as a direct, convivial expression of its farming and cellar style.
The domaine farms biodynamically and uses no synthetic products in the vineyard. Work is directed toward healthy, balanced fruit and an unforced expression of each climat.
Hand-harvested fruit is fermented as whole bunches with indigenous yeasts. The domaine works without synthetic cellar inputs or added sulfites and uses gravity rather than pumps.
The wine is matured in barrel in the same restrained house style used across the range. The producer does not publish a fixed élevage duration or new-oak percentage for this cuvée.
Fresh, fruity, cheerful and cheeky. Bright red fruit and an easy, flowing texture make this the most immediately accessible red in the portfolio while preserving whole-bunch lift.
The domaine's convivial regional red: bright, energetic and built around pure Burgundy fruit.
