Ladoix Le Cloud Blanc 2024

A 0.958-hectare Chardonnay parcel in Ladoix-Serrigny, planted to vines approximately 15 to 20 years old. It is the white counterpart to Le Cloud Rouge and the domaine's principal site-specific Côte de Beaune white.

The domaine farms biodynamically and uses no synthetic products in the vineyard. Work is directed toward healthy, balanced fruit and an unforced expression of each climat.

Hand-harvested fruit is fermented with indigenous yeasts under the domaine's minimal-intervention philosophy, without synthetic cellar inputs or added sulfites.

Élevage follows the domaine's restrained house approach. The producer does not publish a fixed vessel split, duration or new-oak percentage for this cuvée.

Delicately fruity, fresh and subtly textured, with the domaine's low-intervention signature expressed through Chardonnay. The profile favors purity and quiet energy over overt oak character.
