Vosne-Romanée Les Clous 2024

A 0.56-hectare village holding at the foot of Vosne-Romanée, straddling La Colombière and Le Pré de la Folie. Part of the site has been rehabilitated to restore the soil's minerality and complexity.

The domaine farms biodynamically and uses no synthetic products in the vineyard. Work is directed toward healthy, balanced fruit and an unforced expression of each climat.

Hand-harvested fruit is fermented as whole bunches with indigenous yeasts. The domaine works without synthetic cellar inputs or added sulfites and uses gravity rather than pumps.

The wine is matured in barrel in the same restrained house style used across the range. The producer does not publish a fixed élevage duration or new-oak percentage for this cuvée.

Full-bodied and lively, combining the generosity of the lower slope with the aromatic and textural signature of Vosne-Romanée. The two-terroir origin brings energy as well as breadth.
