Place & Vines
  • A blend of two parcels on the highest part of Saint-Romain.
  • High-elevation vineyards at approximately 400 metres.
  • Young vines, approximately 10-15 years old.
  • Calcareous marls and clay beds reinforce freshness and tension.
Vinification
  • Harvested entirely by hand, parcel by parcel.
  • Direct pressing in the estate's single-level winery.
  • Fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
  • Concrete and large-format oak are combined to protect purity while building volume.
Aging Style

One year split between 50% oval concrete vats and 50% 500-litre demi-muids, with 40% new oak within the barrel portion. A further six months in stainless steel restores definition before release.
