Maturation takes place for approximately 30 months in French oak casks of different capacities, followed by a period in concrete vats and a further 18 months in bottle. The progression builds depth, then restores harmony before release.
Complex, deep and intense, yet never excessive. The palate is velvety and balanced, with refined Sangiovese structure and exceptional persistence. Long élevage is used to achieve integration rather than weight or overt oak character.
A meticulous, long-aged Brunello that expresses pure Sangiovese through depth, velvet texture and extraordinary length without opulence or excess.
