Origin & Variety

Made from 100% Glera grown in the Asolo production area of Veneto. Its Superiore DOCG classification places the wine within the more geographically delimited Asolo denomination and gives it a distinct identity within the broader Prosecco landscape.

Vinification

Carefully harvested grapes are gently pressed to obtain the must. Fermentation proceeds with selected yeasts at a controlled 15-16°C, a cool regimen designed to retain Glera's fruit, floral lift and natural freshness.

Sparkling Process

The wine receives its secondary fermentation through the Charmat-Martinotti method. The process builds a fine, elegant perlage and a creamy texture while preserving the primary aromas that define the Extra Dry style.

Profile

Straw yellow with a fine and elegant perlage. Ripe apple and pear lead the bouquet, joined by subtle spice and jasmine. Pleasant sweetness is balanced by lively acidity, while delicate bubbles create a creamy, fresh mouthfeel and a persistent fruity-floral finish.

Pairing & Service

Serve at 6-8°C. The balance of soft sweetness and lively freshness suits light appetizers and seafood, while the aromatic fruit profile also works especially well with desserts based on fresh fruit.
