Origin & Variety

Produced from 100% Glera grown in the Treviso production area, at the heart of Prosecco country in Veneto. The DOC Treviso designation links the wine to one of the denomination's most recognized provincial origins.

Vinification

Carefully harvested grapes are gently pressed to obtain the must. Selected yeasts are introduced, and alcoholic fermentation takes place under temperature control at 15-16°C to preserve the variety's fresh fruit and floral character.

Sparkling Process

The secondary fermentation is carried out by the Charmat-Martinotti method. This tank-based process protects Glera's aromatic clarity while creating the wine's fine, elegant and persistent stream of bubbles.

Profile

Pale straw yellow with a fine and elegant perlage. Floral and fruity aromas evoke ripe apple and white flowers. The palate is dry and well structured, with clear fruit flavor and a light, delicate finish.

Pairing & Service

Serve well chilled at 6-8°C. Its dry profile and gentle mousse make it a versatile aperitivo and a natural partner for light appetizers, seafood, and pasta dishes prepared with vegetables.
