Domaine Tabordet is a family estate in Verdigny, in the Sancerre appellation of the Loire’s Central Vineyards. Raymond Tabordet established the domaine in the 1960s; his sons Yvon and Pascal extended it into Pouilly-Fumé in the 1980s, and the next generation — Marius and Gaël — runs it today. The holdings cover 21 hectares: five in Sancerre, sixteen in Pouilly-Fumé.
Farming is certified organic with biodynamic work in the vines — compost and plant-based treatments. In the cellar, fermentations run on indigenous yeasts, without enzymes and with minimal sulfur. The range counts twelve cuvées, four estate blends and eight single-parcel wines, raised from seven to thirty-six months in steel, wood, and stoneware.
Oenoteca imports the Sancerre Blanc: Sauvignon Blanc from limestone caillottes and Kimmeridgian marl around Verdigny.
