Julie et Jérémy Recchione

Jérémy Recchione trained at Domaine Pierre Naigeon in Gevrey-Chambertin and began vinifying small lots of purchased fruit in 2013. In 2019 he bought his first vineyard, an Aligoté parcel in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, and the domaine was born. Julie has since joined as a full partner, and the label now carries both their names. They are based at Marey-lès-Fussey, in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, and the wines come from a small holding of their own together with fruit bought from grower friends across the Côte d’Or.

Farming follows organic practice without certification. Grapes are picked by hand into small crates and fermented on native yeasts — the reds largely whole-cluster after a cold soak, the whites in ceramic vessels — before the reds age in 228-litre Burgundy barrels. Sulfur additions are minimal, and some cuvées see none at all.

Bottlings are small. Oenoteca’s selection runs from regional appellations up to premier cru: Bourgogne Les Combes, a white Coteaux Bourguignon “En Auvonne” and a red Coteaux Bourguignon, Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, Fixin, and Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Lavières.
